Side tone for usb headsets mac4/28/2023 ![]() ![]() This thing was amazing! It felt like I was in an IMAX theater every time I was playing (this is largely nostalgia) and I could finally hear other players footsteps in COD! This headset also featured Turtle Beach Mic Monitor Technology (My parents favorite feature!) so no matter how loud the action got I could still hear how loud I was talking (and avoid screaming into the microphone). This headset got me through countless hours of Halo 3, COD4, and Netflix parties. Before I get into that, let me start with a dumb personal story of my Sidetone experience.Įons ago, I began my gaming/headset story with the classic, shitty Xbox 360 Headset. I've just finished doing a couple days of research on Sidetone in gaming headsets and I thought I'd share my result. ![]()
